Below you will find information needed to complete the student registration process, the required registration documents and the hours of operation. All required documentation for new students must be processed through the District Registration Center located in the Country Club Administration Building (CCAB), 440 Beverly-Rancocas Rd. In an effort to make the enrollment process user-friendly for our parents the office of registration has created and will implement a new student enrollment process. The new enrollment process includes an online tool that will simplify registration. Be please sure to have a scheduled and confirmed appointment, walk-ins will not be accommodated due to scheduled appointments. Please take a few moments to read and review the 4-step new student registration process outlined below.STEP 1:COMPLETE THE ONLINE OPEN-REGISTRATION PROCESSFill in the information and answer the questions. The Open-Registration process must be completed in a single sitting. The information will be reviewed and approved by the district registrar’s office. After review the district’s registrar office will contact the parent/guardian to either schedule a new student registration appointment or inform the parent/guardian to repeat STEP 1 (Open-Registration Portal) due to information entered incorrectly or missing information.STEP 3:NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION APPOINTMENTPrior to arrival collect and gather the required proof of residency and new student enrollment documentation. All required proof of residency documents and student documents must be presented during the new student registration appointment. Parents/Guardians if you do not have all the necessary documents you will have to reschedule and return on a later scheduled date. Parents/Guardians will first visit the residency department this department will review and approve all proof of residency documentation. After all residency documentation has been approved parents/guardians will then be directed to the registrar’s office to finalize registration.
