State of NJ Ethics Disclosure Statements
The following disclosure procedure and accompanying forms are given to all School Administrators and Board Members, or other elected or appointed persons, annually. This disclosure is mandated by the State of New Jersey.

The intent of these forms is to hold these individuals at a higher standard of ethical behavior, as well as to report and track finances and personal relationships that may be considered a “conflict of interest”. For example, if a Board member has a relative employed in district, he or she may be excluded from voting on contractual or disciplinary matters.
