All students in the Willingboro Public Schools will have a Chromebook available for use at home during Virtual Learning. For the 2020-2021 School Year, district Chromebooks will be covered through insurance with the Worth Avenue Group Insurance Company. In order to use a device, parents are required to fill out the Technology Usage Agreement in Genesis.
Please email chromebook@wboe.net with your child's name and ID number. Someone will reach out to you and schedule a time to pick up a device for your child.
If you need technical support, you can email techsupport@wboe.net and someone will reach out to you as soon as possible to assist you.
Insurance through the Worth Avenue Group will cover accidental damage, mechanical failure & defect, and theft & vandalism. For a device to be considered stolen or vandalized, a police/fire report must be submitted to the district. Parents can report a broken, vandalized, or stolen device at techsupport@wboe.net.
Insurance does not cover intentional damage or accidental loss. In these instances, parents will be required to pay the district for the damage/loss as noted in the Technology Usage Agreement.
On September 2nd, all student Google Accounts will be reset. The child's username and temporary password will be available on the Genesis Parent Portal. If your child forgot their password after this date, you can ask for a password reset by emailing techsupport@wboe.net.
