Superintendent’s Parent CONCERN Process

We are dedicated to maintaining a strong partnership with parents. Key to that partnership is open communication & support. With that stated, we offer the following process with support at multiple levels.  If you or your child encounter a specific concern or issue during the school year, the following step(s) should be taken:

Step 1 

Contact your child’s teacher or the staff person with whom the challenge was encountered. The goal of the first step is to address the concern or issue with the school staff member who is most directly involved to reach a mutually agreed-upon resolution.

Step 2 

If the challenge was not resolved in Step 1, call and make an appointment with the Building Principal or Administrator.

Step 3 

If, after meeting with the Building Principal, you feel you need further assistance please click here to complete the Parent Concern Form. Also, feel free to contact the Supervisor of Guidance/Family Liaison at 609-835-8600 extension 1024.
