COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS

In keeping with our motto of developing future leaders and citizens, students are encouraged to engage in local, national, and international service projects. Some recent projects have included:

  • American Heart Association: NEHS candidates raise money to donate to the American Heart Association.

  • Annual Food Drives: Student Safeties annually collect, sort, and inventory non-perishable food items for donation.

  • Care Packages for Deployed Soldiers: NEHS led a collection of toiletry items to send to a designated base abroad.

  • Ghana School Supply Drive: Twin Hills’ Student Council and Safeties collaborated with Sisterhood, Inc. to collect school supplies for two schools in Ghana, Africa.

  • Giving Tree: Student Safeties collect unused winter weather clothing items for donation.

  • MLK Day of Service: Student Safeties volunteer to design cards for distribution at care facilities in Burlington County.

  • Pennies for Patients: Student Safeties raise money to donate to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

  • Project Yellow Ribbon: Twin Hills celebrated the sacrifice and service of local military officers.
