Format: Informal, open dialogue with the Acting Superintendent
Audience: Students, parents/guardians, faculty, staff, community members, and other stakeholders
Purpose of the Fireside Chat: This session is designed to be a candid, constructive conversation about a range of topics affecting our district today and into the future. While we will cover a number of topics, your insights are essential to help us identify priorities, address concerns, and implement improvements that benefit all Willingboro students.
What to Expect:
A welcoming, respectful space for open dialogue
Updates on district initiatives and strategic priorities
Opportunities to ask questions and share lived experiences
A focus on actionable feedback that can inform policy, programming, and services
Participation and Feedback: We value your open and honest input. To maximize the impact of the Fireside Chat, please complete the attached questionnaire before the event. Your thoughtful responses will help us:
Identify areas that may need adjustment or reinforcement
Highlight successes and practices worth expanding
Clarify priorities for resource allocation and program development
Ensure services and supports meet the needs of our students
Guidelines for Responses:
Be honest and constructive
Focus on ideas, policies, outcomes, and potential solutions
Provide specific examples where possible
Responses will be used to inform district planning and will be reviewed by district leadership for appropriate implementation
