Willingboro Township Public Schools is pleased to share Superintendent Andre D. Spencer, Ed.D.’s 90-Day Entry Plan: 90 Days of Listening, Learning & Leading.
The plan establishes a thoughtful and strategic approach to learning about our school district, building relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating a strong foundation for the work ahead. At the center of this effort is our vision to Reach Individual Scholar Excellence — R.I.S.E. and our continued commitment to Every Scholar. Every School. Every Community. Every Day.
Throughout his first 90 days, Superintendent Spencer will focus on four key areas:
- Board Governance & Leadership — Building a collaborative and productive relationship between the Superintendent and Board of Education.
- Teaching, Learning & Scholar Achievement — Strengthening academic expectations and maintaining a strong focus on scholar success.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Efficiency — Reviewing district structures and systems to maximize support for schools and scholars.
- Listening, Learning & Stakeholder Engagement — Creating meaningful opportunities to hear from staff, scholars, families, and community partners.
Superintendent Listening & Learning Tours
As part of the entry plan, Superintendent Spencer will host four community Listening & Learning Tours. These sessions will provide opportunities to hear directly from stakeholders, learn more about the Willingboro community, and better understand the experiences, needs, and priorities of the people we serve.
