Dear Willingboro Families,
The Willingboro Public School District is administering a Chronic Absenteeism survey to better understand the factors and barriers that contribute to student absences. This survey is a preliminary screening tool, part of a comprehensive assessment to help identify the underlying reasons for a student’s attendance patterns.
As a parent or guardian, please complete the survey in its entirety. It should take no more than 15 minutes. Your thoughtful, candid responses will provide a holistic view of the factors affecting students’ school attendance and inform planning to improve attendance.
Important details:
Purpose: Identify factors contributing to absenteeism to inform a personalized support plan for schools and students.
Time commitment: about 15 minutes.
Deadline: Please submit by May 15, 2026.
Who should participate: Parents/guardians of students enrolled in Willingboro Public Schools.
Privacy: Responses are anonymous and will be used to help the district develop targeted supports and interventions.
Your participation is essential to help us create effective strategies to support every student’s attendance and success.
Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to our students’ well-being and education.

Dear Superstar Families,

We are always so grateful to partner with you in the academic and social emotional development of your learners. To ensure the safety and smooth dismissal of all students, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following reminder.

Dismissal time is focused on safely transitioning students from school to home. For this reason, it is not an adequate time for conversations with teachers at the entrance.

If you have a concern or would like to speak with your child’s teacher, please reach out through Thrillshare, email, or by scheduling an appointment. Our staff is always happy to connect with you and discuss any questions or concerns at a more appropriate time.

Please note that for the safety of everyone, any parent wishing to meet with a teacher must sign in at the main entrance and meet in a designated area, such as the classroom. This way we prioritize the confidentiality of sensitive matters.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process for all students.

Thank you for your continued support.

Dear Cotten and Twin Hills at Cotten Parents and Guardians,

Effective immediately, parents and guardians of students attending James A. Cotten Intermediate School and Twin Hills Elementary at Cotten should not be using the Willingboro Post Office parking lot (16 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) for student pick-up or drop-off.

To ensure the safety of students, staff, and community members, all student pick-up and drop-off must take place in the designated parking lot of Cotten.

We appreciate your cooperation as we work to maintain safe and orderly arrival and dismissal procedures for our students.

Thank you for your continued partnership.
