The Willingboro Public School District is administering a Chronic Absenteeism survey to better understand the factors and barriers that contribute to student absences. This survey is a preliminary screening tool, part of a comprehensive assessment to help identify the underlying reasons for a student’s attendance patterns.

As a parent or guardian, please complete the survey in its entirety. It should take no more than 15 minutes. Your thoughtful, candid responses will provide a holistic view of the factors affecting students’ school attendance and inform planning to improve attendance.

Important details:

- Purpose: Identify factors contributing to absenteeism to inform a personalized support plan for schools and students.
- Time commitment: about 15 minutes.
